PCB board completion

I am looking for a skilled PCB designer to help me in completion of my ESP32-S3 board and to design(schematic correction and PCB design) 2 other ESP32-S3 chip based and an AT32 boards which shares the same board layout.
The designer should have designed PCB boards before and should make the design match with PCB manufacture specifications. Please note that the other 2 boards development will be only commenced if the ESP32-S3 boards has been found to be makeable by the PCB plant,so,the milestone of the ESP32-S3 will be limited to within 10 USD just to make sure that I didn't assigned the task to an inexperienced guy and loss all the money. After the verification the other 2 boards will carry equal amount of milestone.
