PCB Viewer

I am looking for a PCB (printed circuit board) viewer with specific features to help me visualize, measure, and design my circuit boards. This viewer should be designed with Altium PCB files in mind, and built with Windows as the preferred platform. Specifically, the viewer must provide me with layer visibility control, which will give me the ability to see the different layers of my board with precision and be able to monitor all aspects of my circuit boards. Furthermore, the viewer should allow for easy interaction, with select elements (like Altium ) and with zoom and pan features, along with measurement tools, so that I can closely inspect and examine each component, layer, and connection in detail.
