PCB Update in Altium (schematics+layout)

We currently have a working PCB (see image) which needs to be updated. We must add a USB connector and InfraRed transmitter/receiver. The IR circuit is very simple and will be entirely provided. The work is to be done in Altium. The schematics and layout must be updated and parts created if needed, as we want to extract the BOM from the Altium design. More details will be provided to selected candidates. This may lead to many more projects with us.
