PCB Sensor Board

Job ID: 31334928

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

Looking to develop a PCB board that uses the AMS AS5162 chip. The sensor needs to be tuned to detect 95 degrees of motion with a ramp from 0.48VDC to 4.5VDC. For a two-pole magnet placed directly above the chip, the signal needs to ramp from 0 Degrees (.48VDC) to 95 Degrees (4.5VDC) as the magnet rotates counterclockwise.

AMS (https://ams.com/) makes several hall effect sensors specifically targeted at the automotive industrial equipment industries. I have included an excel document that lists some of the AS5xxx family of chips I have been exploring. I would suggest focusing on the AS5162.
