Job ID: 38747722

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I'm working on a car controller project and need a supervisor to help guide me through the PCB layout and schematics.

The system is going to be made in two

Key Areas of Assistance:
- Troubleshooting: I often find myself stuck and need guidance on how to proceed.
- Power Distribution: I'm facing concerns about how power should be distributed across the board.
- Optimization: I need help optimizing the current design.
- Connectivity: I need guidance on how components should be connected.
- Thermal Management: I need advice on managing heat dissipation in the PCB layout.
- Signal Integrity: Guidance on ensuring signal integrity and reducing electrical noise.
- Component Placement: Help with the strategic placement of components for optimal performance.
- Ground Plane: Recommendations on how to effectively use ground planes for stability and noise reduction.
-SPI: I need help with SPI communication between touch display and control unit.
USB-C: The system will consist of two units, a display unit for controlling functions, and a main unit where the microcontroller and circuit board with outputs will sit, this will communicate via USB-C with SPI

The ideal freelancer for this project should have extensive experience with KiCad, PCB design, SPI, Control Systems, Automotive equitment and Arduino. They should also have a deep understanding of power distribution and optimization in PCB layouts.

Assistance with component selection is also required. Preferred method of communication for this project is email and google files or whatsapp. The expected timeline for this project is within the next weeks hopfully as soon as passible. I require regular check-ins and assistance at critical stages of the project. Include design verification and testing assistance in the project. The freelancer's role should be to help with problem solving, come up with solutions, answer questions, give illustrations and explanations, and look over the file to come up with a solution (If I really can't make it). Ensure compliance with automotive standards and certifications for PCB design. I'll be providing KiCad and Arduino IDE files for review and assistance.

"An expected level of documentation is required."
