PCB Schematic, BOM, and layout for BLE device tracker

I'm looking for an experienced electrical engineer to design and create a PCB schematic, BOM, and layout for a BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) device tracker that is small and compact, with energy efficiency. The key feature is the dimensions must fit within 4mm x 6.5mm x 60mm. The battery life of this BLE device should assume 2x size 10 batteries. The engineer will be responsible for the design and development of the product and ensure that it meets all of our requirements. The candidate should have experience working with BLE and circuit design. Experience with microcontrollers, embedded systems, and EDA tools is also preferred. If the right candidate is chosen, I'm open to a long-term collaboration. The products will be used to build first prototype.
