PCB Redesign with Size Optimization
Budget: $10 – $50 USD
I'm in need of a professional PCB designer who can redesign two existing PCB boards for me. Both currently utilize an ESP8266, connect to AC 220V, and switch a relay.
- PCB 1 operates with a single relay.
- PCB 2 operates with two relays.
These boards need to be designed in KiCad, as I plan on having them produced via JLCPCB. The primary objective of this redesign is to make the boards as compact as possible while minimizing the use of components.
My previous designer made several errors in the board design which prevented me from placing components correctly. I can provide additional PCB designs from others as references on how to rectify these issues.
Key project requirements:
- Focus on reducing size while maintaining functionality.
- Critical consideration on the arrangement of components on the PCB.
- Adhering to specific maximum size constraints for the PCBs.
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Extensive experience with PCB design in KiCad.
