PCB Expert Needed

I'm seeking a PCB engineer to conduct rigorous PCB fab house audits and internal engineering efforts. Your primary task will be conducting inspections in line with IPC standards and internal standards flown down to PCB fab houses. I have a 6 month contract (renewable) available for someone who can qualify PCB fab houses and intimately understand IPC 6012/6013. Must be a US citizen due to industry specific requirements.

Here's what I need:

- Thorough PCB house audits/ inspections as a supplier qualification
- Uses IPC standards for defining discrepancies as found by an inspection team
- Provide detailed inspection reports as needed

Ideal Candidates:
- Experience in PCB Quality Engineering
- Familiarity with IPC standards
- Has excellent attention to detail.
