PCB Layout Expert Needed

I am in need of an experienced electronics designer to help me with a variety of projects. Tasks are mainly related to system design, component selection, schematics/layout reviews and helping me get the projects done quicker. I need somebody interested in a long-term collaboration who could eventually become partner. The job would be paid either hourly or as a bonus on each completed project. I need somebody pro-active who can take initiatives and who will be dedicated to the task. I need somebody who is not too busy with other projects or job and who will not take many days to do a 1 hour task. Access to Altium and KiCAD is a must. PCB Layout experience required. Firmware experience is a bonus, but must at least be familiar with STM32/ESP32 basics. If you own a few devkits it’s a plus and lab instruments too. The job will start slowly to be able to evaluate you but can ramp up quickly if you do good. I am really looking for an eventual partner so I need someone committed who is motivated by the job and not just about making quick money.
