PCB Layout / Diptrace

Hi,

Looking for an expert to design a 4-layer PCB. Below some PCB background on the expertise requested:

* 4 layer PCB
* Size 100x50(mm)
* <100 components
* Critical components for design:
** GNSS + antenna,
** NB-IoT and
** 2x SMPS buck-boost convertor
* PCB design preferably to be done in Diptrace.
