PCB Layout Designer in Altium

I am looking for someone with a lot of experience doing layouts with Altium Designer. The job will involve mostly part creation (symbol/footprint) and layouts for simple PCBs that must be done quickly and efficiently. We have multiple projects planned of various complexity and many opportunities. We are looking for someone interested in working long term with us on a per-project basis and doing only the projects that you want.
