PCB Hardware Circuit Design with 3D enclosure design, Gerber File and BOM for custom ESP32-WROOM-32D based sensors device
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We want to design the PCB board based on ESP32-WROOM-32D with temperature, Pressure Humidity (BME280) and a Vibration sensor.
The devices would be installed and operated indoors.
The PCB should have a build-in power module and inner space with an option for placing batteries so that device works on Batteries when the electric power is not available.
The PCB should be in a plastic enclosure with any standard specifications. The enclosure should have holes for air ventilation and two holes on the sides for fitting it with screws.
The final deliverables are the following:
1. Gerber File and BOM - with part numbers for SMT assembly and Designator reference to PCB.
2. 3D design CAD file of enclosure.
3. At least 2 TESTED OK PCB with basic sample code to print sensor values to validate the hardware.
All files should be in standard format so that we can send it for mass production(preferably JLCPCB). A simple high level schematic block diagram is attached.
