PCB Gerber

I am looking for someone experienced with PCB design to create a single layer Gerber file for a power supply. Ideally, I would like the freelancer to have an open mind and provide suggestions on the best functional components to include in the design. Ultimately, I am looking for a design that will be able to effectively provide power according to the specification discussed. I'm also open to any additional expertise the freelancer can provide to make sure the design meets the desired objectives.
