PCB Firmware Upload Validation and LCD Display Issues

I'm seeking an experienced electronic engineer with a full hardware workshop for a demo project involving a door countdown lock controller PCB.

Requirements:
- Validate the correctness of the PCB circuit
- Power the PCB and LCD display
- Ensure firmware uploads and operates correctly

MCU: PIC24FJ128GA310-I/PT (Microchip)
LCD: NHD-C160100DiZ-FSW-FBW (Newhaven)

Process:
- I will send PCB and components via DHL
- Check and correct any circuitry and firmware faults
- Return the completed demo via DHL

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in PCB validation and troubleshooting
- Experience with PIC microcontrollers and LCD displays
- Ability to work with firmware and provide detailed reports on any issues
