PCB Designing and Development

I want to design and develop complete PCB with main controller detachable Raspberry pi compute module. The PCB should have following components
1. GPS Module
2. 4G/LTE module
3. Wifi Module
4. USB Ports
5. Onboard temperature and light sensor
6. Onboard troubleshooting switch and LED
7. Onboard power management with resettable short-circuit and surg protection system
8. Onboard solar charge controller
9. MIPI DSI Display port with touch panel input (3 inch to 7 inch touch display)
10. 6 Digital NO/NC Switch (surg protected)
11. 2 Analog Input
12. 8 Digital output (12V logic level)
13. 4 Digital Output (5Vlogic Level)
14. 2 PWM Output
15. Power Outputs 12V, 5V

All system combined in single PCB, PCB should protected from other sources
