Requirements
4 different PCBs have to be designed, manufactured and tested. These PCBs could be 2 layered or more

Check if the design could be improved for higher rating
Check if the PCB could be driven by Rpi GPIOS and modify accordingly
Check components availability and place orders
Place order for PCB manufacturing
2. CAN, SMbus, ADC, IMU, GPS, 4G PCB : Individual modules and open source designs are available online.
Study and Import the open source design on PCB designing software like Altium
Combine individual designs/modules
Check if the PCB could be driven by Rpi GPIOS and modify accordingly
Check components availability and place orders
Place order for PCB manufacturing

Skills required :
Experience with PCB designing, previously designed and manufactured 2-4 layer PCBs and worked with Altium or KiCad or Eagle.
Basic C/C++programming, previously worked with Arduino or STM32
Electrical engineering knowledge, knows basics of power supply circuits, Microcontroller circuits
Experience with component sourcing from Indian and international websites
Applicant should be from Delhi NCR region.
