PCB Design with LEDs and photodiode amplifiers

Job ID: 32379484

Budget: $250 – $750 NZD

We need someone to design a PCB that runs an Infrared LED and an Ultraviolet LED. We need two photodiodes with precision amplifiers to measure the light produced by the LEDs. Precision is a key requirement. Our expectation is that the amplifier circuit will carefully manage input offset voltage, input leakage current, external leakage paths.

The LEDs and photodiodes are expected to be powered at 5V DC. We have a number of UV LEDs with power at 20mA, 100mA, and 150mA that we would like to test in the prototype.

The circuit is expected to be powered by 4 x AA batteries.

The output must be able to be read by ADC pins on an ESP32 development board. Overload protection is required to ensure that voltage from the does not exceed 3v.

Freelancer must be able to produce gerber, BOM, PCL and all other materials suitable for PCBA.
