PCB Design with ESP-32-S3 + 7" Touchscreen Interface

I'm looking for an experienced PCB designer to create a circuit board with ESP-32-S3. The board should be capable of data acquisition and device control. It needs to interact with a 7" LCD touchscreen, which will be designed to take user inputs and display information.
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in designing PCBs with ESP-32-S3.
- Capable of designing a graphical interface for a 7" LCD touchscreen.
- Understanding of various communication protocols including I2C, Modbus RTU RS485, and Analog input/output.
- Experience in incorporating sensor data and external device interactions.
The PCB will primarily function in:
- Data acquisition from sensors and external devices.
- Device control based on the acquired data.
The touchscreen interface should have:
- The ability to display data.
- Control devices based on user inputs.
- Provide system status updates.
