PCB Design for Pump and Valve Control

I need a PCB designed that controls a relay for a 230 volt, 300 watt pump motor and a relay for a 230 volt, 9 watt solenoid valve. These relays should be activated by a physical push button and deactivated after a certain amount of water has passed through a mechanical flow meter. The set amount of water to be passed through the flow meter must be able to be saved to the pcb by the user.
The system will be powered via an AC adapter.
