PCB Design for Multi-Load Electrical Monitoring with PZEM-004T and ESP32 Integration
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
The core objective of this project is to create a PCB capable of measuring up to 10 individual 220V loads using PZEM-004T technology, integrated with an ESP32 module.
Key Requirements:
Load Measurement: The PCB should accurately measure 10 different 220V loads. This necessitates the integration of PZEM-004T sensors. Ideally, these sensors could be replicated and included on the PCB itself rather than having multiple external boards also.
Microcontroller Integration: The design should incorporate an ESP32 module, a versatile and powerful microcontroller with WiFi and Bluetooth capabilities. This will be the brain of the PCB, processing data from the PZEM-004T sensors.
Connectivity: The design must include screw connectors for each sensor cable, ensuring secure and reliable connections for the load measurements.
Design Outputs:
Schematic Design: A clear and detailed schematic outlining all components and their interconnections.
Bill of Materials (BOM): A comprehensive list of all components required for the PCB, including specifications and potential suppliers.
Gerber Files: Ready-to-use Gerber files for PCB fabrication, compatible with standard manufacturing processes.
Exportable Files for PCBWay and JLCPCB: The design files should be readily exportable for manufacturing with popular PCB services like PCBWay and JLCPCB.
Release of full deposit after validation or revisions , if necessary
