PCB Design for Distance Measurement System

I need a skilled PCB designer to create a circuit board capable of measuring distances using a laser sensor (or ultrasonic). This system should have adjustable ranges and provide alerts through both vibration and sound. Furthermore, the design should incorporate a SIM for communication, virtual human sensors and a GPS module for real-time location tracking.
