PCB Design PoE Hat For Raspberry Pi Zero

Job ID: 30706301

Budget: €30 – €250 EUR

Use the following reference design https://www.ti.com/tool/TIDM-TM4C129POE#0 as starting point. Remove U1 Microcontroller, D1, D2, USB Connector + J3, U2, S2 and S3 Switches, Console header J5 and debug header J4.

Replace microcontroller with enc28j60 example wiring here https://easyeda.com/gerrychen/ENC28J60_Ethernet_Board-aKEVd7pHZ

Prepare header and mounting holes for Raspberry pi zero. RPi should be powered using 5V from VCC_5P0 into either PIN 2 or PIN 4 and GND into either GND PIN.
Connection of enc28j60:
GPIO10/MOSI SI
GPIO9/MISO SO
GPIO11/SCLK SCK
GND GND
GPIO25 INT
CE0#/GPIO8 CS

In case you know a better / cheaper / easy to build way to provide same functionality e.g. Powering Raspberry Pi Zero from PoE and providing ethernet connection as well. I'm more than glad to take it I just was able to gather this info to give you some headstart. I'm an amateur so any recommendations are welcomed.
