PCB Design Optimization for JLCPCB Production

We are seeking an experienced hardware engineer or PCB designer to assist with submitting an order for manufacturing PCBs via the JLCPCB portal. Our project involves resolving issues with the BOM and CPL files, improving the current PCB design for manufacturability, and providing overall guidance to finalize the design for production.
Scope of Work:
Resolve BOM and CPL File Issues:
Identify and address discrepancies where parts in the BOM are not identical to their specified details.
Suggest suitable replacements for missing parts and confirm compatibility.
JLCPCB Portal Expertise:
Provide support in navigating and troubleshooting the JLCPCB portal for successful order submission.
Enhance PCB Design:
Review the current PCB design and recommend enhancements to make it Ready for Manufacturing (RFM).
Ensure the design meets high-quality standards for manufacturability and reliability.
Guidance and Knowledge Transfer:
Provide clear explanations and recommendations as we lack deep expertise in hardware design and production.
Advise on the requirements to achieve the final design for successful manufacturing.
Experience Requirements:
Proven experience with PCB design and production, preferably with JLCPCB or similar portals.
Expertise in troubleshooting BOM/CPL issues and identifying component replacements.
Strong understanding of hardware design principles, especially for manufacturability.
Excellent communication skills to provide guidance and support.
