PCB Design MSSL

I'll like to create a working and durable PCB board that will simplify my design that I have created. The design should be simple, functional and able to function using a Arduino board. My original design has to many wires that come apart and a third party not familiar with the design or with a technical background, would never be able to troubleshoot. My intensions is to have a simple "plug-and-play" unit; that I can travel with and be able to use anytime when needed without any wires broken or coming loose.
