PCB Design and Layout

I am seeking an intermediate/experienced PCB designer who can use Altium Design Software to design and layout a large (greater than 50cm x 50cm) printed circuit board with intermediate complexity (several components over 2 layers). I have a specific deadline that needs to be met and I am seeking someone who can work quickly and efficiently to finish the project on time. I will provide you with the schematic for the PCB, and footprints of the components. At the time of project completion, I will be needing the Gerber and Design files as well as the Altium Project file.
