Rk3568 PCB Design

I am looking for an engineer that can design and create the PCB package in Kicad for a Rockchip RK3568.

This will be a custom 6 layer PCB design. There could be future PCB contracts

DDR4 4G
Dual SATA3 ports
M2 wireless socket (Intel AX210 compatible)
RK809-5 PMIC
Dual 2.5G RJ45 Ethernet
TF sdcard socket
16G Emmc
Power/Reset buttons
no hdmi
uart2 debug port (4 pin connection)
Dual USB connections for usb flash drives

Initial schematic will be done then reviewed.
PCB layout will be provided and then reviewed before routing to verify layout looks good
PCB will then be sent for fabrication and have 5 assembled by the factory

Please send a cost estimate as I expect some may have an existing schematic that just needs a bit of modification.
