1- getting 4 digital inputs with 24v
2- getting input for ultrasonic sensor
3- having SIM card to go internet through
4- using ARM, ATMega, or ESP microcontroller
5- can be access from anywhere with ability to change microcontroller code remotely
6- ready and tested code
