PCB DESIGN FOR POWER DISTRIBUTION BOARD
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
We need to have a PCB designed and gerber files provided for a PCB board with 7 XT60pw-m connectors - one will be an input from a battery supply and the rest are outputs.
Successful bidder will need to:
- Specify the board thickness
- specify the number layers - we expect a 2 layer board unless there is a good reason.
- Specify the copper trace thickness and width to cope with the current requirements. Acceptable thermal rise is 25 degrees
- Detail the specs needed to order on PCBWAY
Details of the board:
- dimensions not to exceed 154.5mm x 40mm
- components used will be XT60PW-M connectors and KEYSTONE 3557-2 Blade fuse connectors (ensure the hole dimensions are correct for these two components
- Board will operate at 24v DC at a MAX of 60A
- Different outputs will have a different MAX current draw so copper traces can be designed accordingly.
- Board will need to contain text as shown in the attached files.
