PCB Breakout Board Design

I need a PCB breakout board designed for a component with 3 mode selection buttons. The buttons will provide in-game command feedback.
Center hub houses main PCB.

Requirements:
- Design PCB for 3 buttons
- Integrate mode selection functionality
- Implement feedback mechanism for in-game commands

Ideal Skills and Experience:
