PCB Board Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I currently have multiple off-the-shelf boards, with various components, connected to a Teensy 4 processor. I need a custom PCB board design with the same footprint as the Teensy, incorporating all of the components on the separate boards I'm using now.
This daughter board will mate with the Teensy, using standard headers, providing me the same functionality.
The components to be integrated into the board include:
3-axis accelerometer
Lipo Charging Circuit
MicroSD Card Slot & Circuitry
JST Connectors
Resistor Array
Status LED
Slide or Latching pushbutton switch
Momentary pushbutton switch
Piezo buzzer (or equivalent)
Board size is roughly 52x18mm. Components can be on both sides of the board as long as they don't interfere with it mating to the Teensy. However, the location of some components (SD, Switches, LED, connectors) is critical in order to make them accessible in the project housing. I'm finalizing the layout of these components on the board now. This will be complete before the project is awarded.
I have schematics for the components currently being used.
This project is for PCB design only and does not include manufacturing or assembly. However, I would be happy to hear about inexpensive options for manufacturing as well.
Deliverables include all design files (prefer Eagle) that I will need to have the PCB built as well as make future modifications.
This is a phase 1 project and successful completion will likely lead to phase 2, which will combine functionality of the two boards into a single PCB.
