230V AC to 24V DC PCB
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a reliable AC-DC converter PCB that takes 230 V mains input and provides a regulated 24 V DC output at 2.5 A for a new consumer-electronics product. The board must fit custom dimensions that I will share, so layout efficiency and thermal management are critical.
Safety comes first: the design has to include proper isolation, inrush-current limiting, short-circuit and over-temperature protection, plus the usual EMI filtering so that we can meet CE requirements without headaches later. I’m flexible on the CAD platform—as long as you can hand over standard Gerbers, pick-and-place files and an up-to-date BOM, we’re good.
Deliverables expected:
• Complete schematic with component values
• Optimised PCB layout within the agreed envelope
• BOM with supplier part numbers and availability notes
• Gerber, drill and assembly files ready for fabrication
• Brief design report highlighting thermal calculations, safety clearances and test points
If you’ve tackled compact offline switch-mode supplies before and can turn around a manufacturable design quickly, let’s talk details and enclosure constraints.
