Opto22 PLC panels in Eplan

EPLAN Developer: I need three-panel schematics and panel designs for a 40 IO Opto22 PLC, 80 IO Opto22 PLC, and a 160 IO Opto22 PLC. These panels should be a template that can be rebuilt over and over again. I would like for each PLC card listed below to have its own template that could be added based on what IO is needed. Each of the components will be assembled so that the panel builder will just install the assemblies and connect the cable dependencies.
