Optimize Music Player Hardware Design

We are seeking an experienced hardware engineer to optimize the hardware design of an existing music player which needs WiFi, Bluetooth, SD Card, Speaker, Microphone , Button Control and battery with battery charger circuit.
Needs knowledge to optimize for components, power and performance of the device.
Ensure to build the design which can be taken ahead for compliance and certification.
The goal is to minimize the Bill of Materials (BOM) cost while ensuring the availability of components.
The project involves reviewing the current schematic and firmware to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising performance, and most power optimized solution.
Effort also includes identifying right ESP32 controller or equivalent for the application, required external components to enable audio for Speaker/Microphone.
Need to have good knowledge hardware and firmware for ESP32 or equivalent.

Ensure availability of components
Provide a revised BOM with cost analysis
Suggest alternative components if necessary
Ensure no compromise on performance
