Ongoing IoT Development with ESP32 and PCB Design

I am looking for an experienced IoT developer with a strong background in working with ESP32 chipset modules and PCB design.

Key Features & Functionality:
- Real-time monitoring: This feature should allow for the continuous tracking of data and activities
- Remote control functionality: The ability to manage and control devices from a distance
- PCB Design: Full PCB design from scratch. The selected developer will need to create PCB designs that complement the project's requirements

Crucial Aspects of ESP32:
- Integration with RF readers: Your capability to integrate ESP32 with RF readers is essential for this project
- Connecting and managing via WiFi: A strong understanding and experience in working with WiFi connections is critical
- Implementing bell-buzzer systems: Experience with bell-buzzer systems is a must

Ideal Candidates should:
- Have a proven track record in working with IoT devices and specifically, ESP32 chipset modules
- Be able to demonstrate previous experience in developing IoT projects with similar features
