Need small pcb board made to trigger led strip to run sequinces made and firmware

need a small board made to send led strip sequences to led strip. Want to use library's that are out there for out led strip so its easier thinking we need to use a atmega chip for this
board would get triggers via serial port
board would also have some other light ports that it can trigger on and off

also looking to have lots of led strip sequences programmed for or led strip if this is somthing you can do would add to project
