Multilayer pcb designing in altium

I am looking for a freelancer to design me a multilayer PCB in Altium. I will be needing a 4-6 layer stackup, with FR4 as the chosen material. The technology I am wanting to use is SMD. Above you will find listed the materials, stackup and technology that I need in the design, however I welcome the freelancer to use their expertise and suggest ideas on achieving the desired result. My chosen freelancer needs to have the following skills: Altium, PCB design and layout, experience in multilayer PCBs, simulation, know how to read and interpret technical drawings, understanding of trace widths and component placements. The freelancer also needs to be able to think outside the box and provide potential suggestions.

He must be near Mumbai india and travel to office as and when require. He should have 2-3 years experience in hardware designing.
