Multi-layer PCB Design for Industrial Equipment

I AM LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN DESIGN A POWER SUPPLY FOR MY CIRCUIT APPLICATION. I HAVE A DC POWER SOURCE OF 12V FROM MY VEHICLE BATTERY . I NEED TO POWER 3 COMPONENTS USING 12V 15V AND 24V REGULATED SUPPLY MY INPUT SOURCE HAS SOME NOISE IN FORM OF HIGH VOLTAGES SPIKES AND RIPPLES. THESE RIPPLES ARE GENERALLY BECAIUSE OF NOISE FROM ALTERNATOR. I NEED a single layer pcb that takes 12v input and provides 12v 15v ands 24v output with over current and over voltage protection, with regulated power output.
