Multi-Board PCB Routing & Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Project Summary:
We are seeking an experienced PCB designer to undertake the routing of several boards for which the schematics have already been completed. The primary task will involve PCB routing to ensure optimal performance and manufacturability of the boards. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive design files, including Altium design files, production files (Gerber, BOM, Pick and Place), and 3D files for each board. BOM’s will usually be supplied.
Responsibilities:
Review the provided schematics for each board to understand the design requirements and constraints.
Perform PCB routing for the assigned board, adhering to best practices for layout, signal integrity, and power integrity.
Ensure that all designs meet the required specifications and are optimized for manufacturing.
Generate and submit Altium design files for each board, showcasing the completed routing and layout.
Produce all necessary production files including Gerber files, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Pick and Place files, ensuring they are accurately prepared for manufacturing.
Create 3D files of the completed board designs to assist in visualization and mechanical integration.
Deliverables:
Altium design files (.PcbDoc) for each board.
Complete set of production files including Gerber files, BOM, and Pick and Place files.
3D model files of the PCBs for visualization and integration purposes.
Please note that the boards involved in this project are of a simple nature. Consider this when proposing pricing and timelines. It is our expectation that quotes and estimated completion times reflect the straightforward nature of these designs.
