Modify LED Board Design & Gerber File

I need an experienced PCB designer to modify my LED board design. The project involves:
- Altering the component layout and board dimensions
- Adding more LEDs to the board
I have attached the design changes in the ppt slides and will provide old gerber files once agreed. Please ensure that the changes are accurately reflected in the Gerber file. The ideal freelancer for this job should have a strong background in PCB design, particularly with LED boards. Experience with Gerber file modifications is essential. Please include examples of previous similar projects in your proposal.
