Make an extend flex cable for Samsung A31

I'm seeking a professional who can make a longer flexible cable for my Samsung A31's rear camera. This cable should enable the camera to rotate freely around the front camera
Freelancer need to have:
- Have access to a Samsung A31 for testing and development.
- Be able to retrieve live stream video from both front and back cameras (that use extending cable) using the code.
- Have experience in designing flexible cables
Make 2 cables for backing up. After testing show me the record, you can send the cables to me by post mail, the PCB design by internet. Project is a fixed-budget $50, time line is 3 days.
