Lorwan end device bluetooth Pcb

I am looking for a skilled PCB designer to create a large-sized PCB (greater than 10cm x 10cm) for a Lorwan end device.

Requirements:
- The PCB should be designed to accommodate data collection functionality by reading nearby Bluetooth signals and report those signals back to the network application which may also need to be built

As well as I need a motion sensor with same Bluetooth sniffing capabilities

- I am unsure about the specific components that need to be included, so I would appreciate guidance from the designer.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in designing PCBs for data collection purposes and be familiar with Lorwan communication technology.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in PCB design software.
- Experience in designing PCBs for data collection.
- Knowledge of Lorwan communication technology.
