Looking for PCB and 3D Enclosure Developer: Compact ESP32-Based Design with RS485 via RJ45 and USB-C

I am looking for an experienced PCB developer and mechanical designer to design a compact ESP32-based PCB with RS485 communication, powered via USB-C (5V). Additionally, a custom 3D enclosure must be developed, which should be manufacturable by JLCPCB and comply with CE requirements.
PCB Design Requirements:
-ESP32 as the main component
-RS485 communication via RJ45 port (only one output: RS485 A & B)
-USB-C for power supply (5V) and firmware upload
-Built-in programmer for firmware upload (no external devices required)
-Compact and optimized layout
-Easily available components to ensure the PCB can be produced and assembled by JLCPCB (all components must be selectable from JLCPCB’s SMT library)
3D Enclosure Requirements:
-Designed to fit perfectly with the PCB
-Must be manufacturable by JLCPCB (3D printing / CNC / injection molding)
-Compliant with CE requirements for enclosures (e.g., EMC shielding, ventilation, etc.)
-Easy access to USB-C port and RJ45 port
-Should be easy to assemble (e.g., with screws or snap-fit design)
Developer Requirements:
-Experience with PCB design for ESP32 and RS485
-Knowledge of USB-C power supply and data transfer
-Familiarity with CE requirements for electronic hardware and enclosures
-Experience with production-ready design, especially with JLCPCB SMT assembly
-Proficiency in 3D enclosure design for electronic devices
Deliverables:
PCB Design:
-Complete PCB files (Gerber, BOM, Pick & Place, and all necessary production files)
-Schematic diagram and documentation
-Component list optimized for JLCPCB SMT production

3D Enclosure:
