I need someone who can program s32 microcontrollers. I have a dump file and I am looking for someone who can program a gateway to intercept the message

We need to create canbus gateway to intecept message
Basically, need to program the S32 as the CAN gateway. There will be 3 gateway with 2 CAN bus for each gateway
