Layout Printed Circuit Board for Museum Display in KiCad

We are preparing to use a 1957 IEE Planer Display in a museum display. (https://museum.syssrc.com)

We have the unit, but not the lights or control circuit. We will source all of the parts, you are just making the KiCad design.
You will layout a board using KiCad Software.
1) Components
a. Qty 1 8 pin connector connecter type is unspecified TBA
i. Vcc
ii. Ground
iii. A Input
iv. B Input
v. C Input
vi. D Input
vii. Extra light 1
viii. Extra light 2
b. Qty 1 74154 Decoder
c. Qty 1 socket for 74154
d. Qty 12 10mm LEDs https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RB5FG8W?ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details&th=1
e. QTY 12 100 ohm ΒΌ watt resistors
2) Connections
a. Vcc connects to:
i. Pin 24 of 74154
ii. 12 resistors
b. Ground Connects to:
i. Pins 12,18,19 of 74154
c. A Input to Pin 23 of 74154 from connector
d. B Input to Pin 22
e. C Input to Pin 21
f. D Input to Pin 20
g. Output pins 1-11 , 13 goto each of the 12 LED bulbs (negative pin)
h. Option to cut a trace to hand wire extra light 1 or extra light 2
i. Positive pin of each LED goes to unused side of resistor
3) Physical
a. Board to fit in IEE Planer display https://www.industrialalchemy.org/articleview.php?item=511
i. Height 70mm, width 45.4mm
ii. LEDs to fit in holes. They have leads so there is some wiggle room
iii. Center holes are centered (22.6 mm) from edge
iv. Left and rights holes are centered 6.7mm from vertical edges
v. First row of holes (center is 10.5mm) from the top
vi. 2nd row of holes is 26.8mm from the top
vii. 3rd row of holes is 26.8mm from the top
viii. 4th row is 10.5 mm from the bottom
b. Please check for symmetry
c. All leds are on one side of the board to fit in LED bask (picture attached)
d. Resistors, 74154, and connector on the other side of the board.
You must send pictures of at least two boards that you have designed!
