Language translator device

I'm looking for PCB design engineer who can design Language translator product for me. My product will look like a wireless earbud, but when the device picks up a voice it will translate it right away, so that you know what they are saying, the most languages stored in the device are eight or less. Please share your detailed response of how you will do it with quotation.
