LED PCB Design and simple sketch (Arduino DUE)

Freelancer Requirements;

1: Must have knowledge of Arduino DUE (ARM) Hardware capabilities.
2: Must be able to code simple Arduino sketch demonstrating finished design.

Project Requirements;

1: We require a PCB design capable of driving 321x 10ma LEDS Via a 9v 2amp dc power supply. These LEDS consist of 28 x encoder rings made up of 11 LEDS each and 21 x LEDS for momentary push buttons.
2: All LEDS must be able to be individually turned on and off via code
3: Overall brightness of LEDS must be able to be changed via Arduino code.
4: PCB design must be efficient with space restrictions.
5: Only LEDS may be placed on the front side of the PCB all other components must be placed on the backside of the PCB.
6: Design must be made using Kicad 6.
7: Components must be all SMD.
8: All components must be sourced via LSCS website.
9: Once completed the freelancer will prepare GERBERS, Position and BOM files ready to be quoted at PCBway.com
10: Once completed the PCB will be made and tested upon which payment will be due.
