KiCad PCB Design for JFET Buffer
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for a skilled PCB designer to create a KiCad 5.1.8 project for a 10-cell complementary N/P JFET buffer. The PCB will measure 100mm x 100mm and will consist of two layers.
Key Requirements:
- Use a provided schematic to design the PCB.
- Develop a custom 4-pin footprint for the JFETs with labels D-G-S-D.
- Implement a hierarchical design with 10 identical cells.
- Include an intermediate level of detail in the PCB layout documentation, comprising schematics and a Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Include silkscreen labels for all components and connections to ensure clarity during assembly.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in KiCad, particularly version 5.1.8.
- Prior experience with designing PCBs for JFET buffers.
- Ability to create custom footprints and hierarchical designs.
- Competence in generating detailed, yet accessible, PCB layout documentation.
The project should be completed within 2 weeks.
