KICAD Schematic to PCB Design

I have schematic design contains esp32, canbus, rs485 etc., it's IoT Gateway project, schematic created in Kicad, pcb outline created in kicad, footprints available, we will probide project file including footprints

pcb design need to be done and route the lines according schematic file
