KICAD and ALTIUM library creation

I am looking for a freelancer to create complex KiCAD and Altium libraries. The scope of the project is not yet determined and may include a mixture of basic and complex libraries. I need the freelancer's expertise to help me create a library that meets my needs and expectations. Additionally, I'm looking for someone who is highly experienced in both KiCAD and Altium design, as well as libraries. The freelancer must be able to create, modify, and troubleshoot, libraries for various components. All libraries must meet the highest engineering quality standards, as I require the highest quality project possible.
