JLCPCB Manufacturing Package – BBQ20KBD Keyboard (KiCad project ready)

Project Description

Hello,

I am looking for a freelancer to prepare the full manufacturing package for JLCPCB for the BBQ20KBD keyboard project.

The schematic and PCB layout already exist in KiCad (see repo: solderparty/bbq20kbd_hw
).

The tasks required are:

Review the existing KiCad project (schematic + PCB layout).

Generate all files required for JLCPCB fabrication and assembly:

Gerber files

BOM (Bill of Materials) compatible with JLCPCB Assembly

Pick & Place (CPL) files

Suggest alternatives if some components are not available in the JLCPCB/LCSC catalog.

Deliverables

A complete production package ready to upload to jlcpcb.com

BOM with valid LCSC/JLCPCB part numbers.

CPL (component placement file).

Short documentation/notes if needed (critical components, constraints).

Requirements

Strong experience with KiCad.

Familiarity with JLCPCB manufacturing and assembly process.

Proven track record of delivering PCBs successfully manufactured through JLCPCB.
